What is your return policy on riding apparel and safety gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel with original tags. Please note that for safety reasons, riding helmets and body protectors can only be returned if the security seal is intact and they show no signs of use.
How do I determine the correct size for my horse's tack?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend measuring your horse according to our 'How to Measure' guide. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for blankets and sizing down for leather bridles.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like saddles or stable equipment are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
Are your leather products covered by a warranty?
All our premium leather tack comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against craftsmanship defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning and conditioning.
