At The Spirited Horse Boutique, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't provide the perfect fit or performance, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equestrian gear, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
